Klock Werks called upon many years of air management experience, loyal customer feedback, and comprehensive road testing to bring two new Flare™ Windshield styles for 2015+ Road Glide models – The Sport Flare™ and The Pro-Touring Flare™. You can expect the same, consistent functionality that the Flare™ is known for from both of these new Road Glide options. The original windshield of its kind, the Klock Werks Flare™ features “hips” at its sides that re-route the wind, adding downforce to the front-end of the motorcycle to improve stability vs. riding with the stock windshield. The flip at the top of the Flare™ redirects wind up and back as clean, less turbulent air for the rider and passenger, decreasing wind noise, and providing a more comfortable ride - all while adding great style to a great motorcycle! With a more vertical stance, the 15" Pro-Touring Flare will appear about 3-4" taller than our 14" Sport Tall option. Perfect for the long haul, and still stylish enough to use around town. Best looking TALL shield out there...
The 12" Pro-Touring shield provides maximum wind protection for riders needing a shield shorter than the 15" version. Note: due to its style and angle the 12" Pro-Touring Flare is still about 1" taller than the 14" Sport Tall Flare.
The Sport Flare™ has a streamlined design that offers radical curves and a sportier stance. It compliments the lines of the new fairing with a more aggressive profile, and aids stability and handling with improved air management.
The Sport Tall measures 14" in the center from the base to the top, but it only measures about 9" vertically. See measurement photo in images above.
The Sport Low measures 9" and is the shortest and sportiest Flare Windshield for the 2015+ Road Glides. Slightly taller than the shortest stock shield, it packs a might punch offering a huge improvement in airflow and aerodynamics in comparison.
The Flare's patented “hips” on the sides provides downforce for added stability while the “flip” on top directs air up so it flows back to rider and passenger as clean, less turbulent air.
Tint color option is much lighter than Dark Smoke, but not Clear.
Dark Smoke color option is very similar to factory Road Glide Special windshield color. Darkest option that you can still see through; it is NOT black...
